Diablo® III

What client do I have to download?

I live in Argentina, and bought the Diablo III non-digital version, then activated it like a week ago. The thing is that I downloaded the English (US) client and it didn't work because of some region problem or something. Do I really have to download the South America client to play?

Because if so, I'll have to play it in Spanish (what I'm trying to avoid), or download 2.2 extra GB.

I remember a friend of mine purchasing Diablo III digital version and downloading the English (US) client with no problem, why do I get an error code when I try to log in the English client?

Edit: By the way, how do I edit my profile?

I'm pretty sure physical copies sold in Brazil are Portuguese only so I assume the Argentine version can only be played in Spanish.
