Resolved ticket, still suspended account E305


Recently i recieved emails telling me someone wanted to change my email account, i noticed that my battletag was changed to ssur#1794, so i have to change all my information and confirmed various Blizzard emails. I've already changed my information, resolved my previous ticket, and still can't get to play. And i was wondering if that battletag is because my account is suspended or because actually was changed by someone, want my old battletag back... anyways thanks in advance.

P.S. Sorry for my english, isn't my native lenguage.

Please follow the steps in the email they sent you or by checking the response to your Support Ticket on-line. They're waiting for you to respond before they can go any further in helping. We can't assist with account-related issues like this in a public forum unfortunately.

I have the support ticket as resolved... what should i do?. Is it that i missed a link or something?. What if i don't have the mail anymore to verify it?

You can reopen it on your Battle.net Account Management page, or submit a new one. But they've already emailed you asking for permission to do a rollback. Without that or your instructions not to rollback, they won't go any further and the account will remain locked as-is.
