Question - maybe a find a solution

i have craft some items and i can not sell them on the auction house " this item cannot be sold on The Auction House" and i cannot give to my friends...this is not right...he cost me 200k to make piece and now only thing i can do is to sell to Merchant for 2100 gold.....pls do something.
