Why are Blizzard not helping??!

I reported an item that I bought on the Gold Auction House as not showing up as letting me transfer to my chest, I opened a ticket and got told to wait 5 days, now I get another response on the ticket telling me they cant do anything and to then wait 10 days or to check the link...I open the link and low and behold its been deleted!

I'm afraid that Customer Support is unable to intervene with issues regarding the auction house. We cannot reimburse for purchases or grant items.

Transactions in the Diablo III Auction House may occasionally take some time to process before the money and item are delivered to the appropriate parties.
