not serious. just diluted and uninformed. being very young he most likely hasn't played any of the games he speaks of.

the "rich social aspect" in relation to Diablo 3 made me suspect joke - but at the same time, this is the internet and you never know.

to give Blizzard credit after the 2nd day 90 percent of the problems where fixed. That can not be said about sim city.

If you want awesome multiplayer and a rich social aspect to a game, it's going to have to be online only. This is exactly why all Diablo and SimCity games have always been online only.

wtf?

What part of "This is exactly why all Diablo and SimCity games have always been online only." seems serious to you guys? This is obvious sarcasm. Time to pull your heads out of the sand.

Will never pay for another online only game again, D3 taught me that.

It's even getting the same treatment on Metacritic as D3 on its launch - highly rated by critics but slammed by players, mainly for the use of online DRM and server problems.

More proof that players are whiny cry babies that make uninformed purchases and then blame the product for it.

It was well known for ages that both Sim City and D3 were going to be always online. If you don't like it, don't buy it. If you pay for it, then you are basically saying with your wallet that it is fine by you for the game to be always online. And whining in user reviews has no effect whatsoever on stock holders and executives. Only your wallet does.

Holy sh#t, you've got to be the most boring-to-read poster I've ever seen.

It clearly is a fair assumption that you are 100% behind the blatant price gauging at the gas pump. After all, you know what the price will be before you buy it. It is your choice to fill up your tank.

What options do people have here? Play the game under "big brother" conditions or skip on a game people have waited a decade for.

Just another 12 year old spoiled little boy with a rich daddy. You just keep your head in the sand, it will be okay.

Did you just compare a video game to a real life necessity? Really?

Dude. . .
