Diablo® III

Hi all, I am a Hong Kong player who play at America Server and only play for professional class. Unfortunately, we are facing the problem that the game delays seriously after updated to 1.07 version. Not only me, but also my friends face the same problem and we died already around three to five professional class characters because of lagging. At the same time, there are also many players complaints about delay problems after updated to 1.07 at the Chinese Diablo III website, but I can't see any improvements or useful replies until now.

The link above is about those complaints. The one even asks players to provide their real IP for solutions. It is so ridiculous. Who will be responsible for the Internet Safety problem then? On the other side, I doubt that it really can solve the serious delay problem if we provide our real IP?
Anyway, I am quite disappointed about the customer services of the Asia Server, I hope I do this complaint here will be much better and the situation will be improved soon.
