New Legendary Ideas

Hello. I know a big talk about itemization is right around the corner, but I still feel that we, as a community, can throw out some ideas to help improve the current state of legendary items.

The purpose of this thread is to attempt to gather some serious ideas for some new legendary and/or set items to help bolster the currently weak legendary item selection. Feel free to post some legendary items of your own, or simply provide feedback on items that others have posted.

Just a note: shouldn't all legs have 2-3 random rolls? 1 isn't enough and 4 is too many. I made a thread with my ideas a while ago, but here's it in this thread:

There needs to be more tank gear in the game! Alot of the offensive/dps items got the buff, why not buff defensive items? Here's my suggestion in paranthesis.

Justice Lantern(either keep the name or rename it Justice Guard)
+60-65 Vitality(90-110)
+85-145 Armor(350-500. Note: ability to roll high armor for defense)
+11% Chance to Block(12-15% Note: goes well with "old" JL or pair with Obsidian)
Reduces duration of control impairing effects by 7-8%(12-15% Note: actually helpful)
+2 Random Magic Properties(no change. Note: With MP, randoms can roll ilvl63. A high AR roll would be extremely desirable!)
Item Level: 51(61)
Unique Equipped(of course. Note: You can wear a legency and new JL)

Obsidian Ring of the Zodiac(Either keep the name or rename it to something else)
+31-37 Strength(80-90)
+31-37 Dexterity(80-90)
+31-37 Intelligence(80-90)
+31-37 Vitality(80-90)
+80-90 Resistance to All Elements(100-120. Note: rares can roll up to 80 ar)
+0 random(+1 Random Magic Property. Note: Can roll a good defense or offense stat, not both)
Ignores Durability Loss(open socket, who cares about ignore DL)
Item Level: 55(62)
Unique Equipped

The current two rings will then either be lumped into legency or perhaps legency2 and the old will be legency1. Make sense? If not, add your suggestions.

I think there should be some variance with Legendaries... but not at the cost of the character or identiy of that item. To me too many random properties results in a total lack of flavor, and flavor is what legendaries should be all about IMO.

As for tank gear I did put a pretty sweet shield in my first post. :)

Part of the idea to address the itemization is to improve the quality of current items and make legenedary items... well... legendary. I'm just spitballing stuff that is of the caliber that I think legendary items should be, so they are going to seem a bit OP in many cases.
