Barb vs DH match-up

This is currently the hardest match-up for DH in my opinion. It is so hard that the European players are calling for an Inspiring Presence ban. While I feel for my fellow DH across the ocean, I don't think this is the way to go. Perhaps we should instead look at alternate ways to balance the duel (so that it doesn't go to a stalemate or really long fight). Because if they ban Inspiring Presence, all Barb vs DH duels will be like:

I hope they delete your duped Manticore along with all other duped items. It's a shame you even bought it. How can anyone respect you as a player if you just go around buying duped items.

Wow, if you have nothing good to say, then say nothing at all. I purchased my manticore with hard earned RMAH funds. I never duped or cheated on anything ever. If someone duped this manticore before I owned it, shame on them, they should be punished for it. It makes no sense to punish everyone who currently owns one since they did nothing to deserve it. Blizzard needs to stop those players actively duping by some better enforcement. You made me deviate from the topic at hand, so back to the topic, Barbs vs DH.

I'm still leaning toward 6 hatred cost Impale stunlock with the impact rune. It's a bit cheap and pretty disadvantageous for the barb if he doesn't have Juggernaut, but I'll take it over playing tag with a sprinting barb if I have to.

Now obviously if the barb has Juggernaut and a good amount of hp this becomes ineffective as a strategy, but I only need to swap 3 pieces of gear to get back into 'normal' gear (Maras, Skull Grasp, SoJ), and it doesn't require any change of build at all.

On the other hand I'm under the impression barbs don't normally run with Juggernaut, so they'll have to play the guessing game of "Am I going to insta lose against this DH if I don't spec it just in case?" They could switch passives in combat if they wanted, but there's a hefty cooldown and as before, it's a lot easier for me to change gear than for the barb to change passives. If I change back we're back to square one except the barb is one passive down.

All this aside you can also do a similar thing with Windforce and the chemical burn rune that doesn't trigger Juggernaut at all, but your damage suffers considerably and it's not a reliable airtight stunlock - I haven't had an acceptable level of success with it yet.
