How about ... for a fee, you allow 'infinite' reroll for all crafted items but ... everytime you reroll, its durability stat decreases by 10% ! not like it's damaged but because it's getting more fragile !
Obviously after few rerolls, you end up with 1 point of durability which would be the lower limit (and the items would be pretty useless anyway).
