Diablo® III

BTW: what about remove the 2bil cap on AH`?

I'm just curious, wasn't AH(and rmah) designed to get rid of 3rd party websites?

Blizz lose much tax because of this cap, and the unknown/noobs/casuals lose mass gold cause they don't know about the 2bil cap.

High end gear players (i'm not one of them, but there are a lot around) HAVE TO use shady forums, websites etc... just like in D2.

It's really ironic. The cap is really not needed, doesn't help anyone. Items going for more than 2bil isn't unusual.

PS: should also increase the gold stack size from 1mil to 10mil or maybe even 100mil, blizz you lose quite a few money to chinese.

do you remember that error when the cap on gold was removed? It droped in a few minutes from uhm 0.25$ for 1 milion to like 0.9$ per million? Kinda hilarious and sad at the same time when you think about it.

so? its the actual value... just because it shows 0.25 on rmah it doesn't mean its worth 0.25, whats the problem if a million is 5cent? when you sell like 1bil/1000mil for 5cent/mil it's still $50. for a few pixels.... its just a game ;o

because the "usual" players are selling AND buying on the AH. Though, if the gold price drops further and further the price on good and great gear will increase, but the prices on mediocre gear not in the same way. Its like dealing with diamonds and coal. You will have to sell a lot more coal then diamonds. So if both drop in prices you will be hit harder selling coal compared to diamonds which are rare in nature.

See, game or not, but we have the AH and we have to deal with it what ever if we love it or not. And the truth is that the hyperinflation we experience right now with the gold is not good for the usual player either. The value of gold drops. Not the value of items, at least not as fast like Gold. Because botting gold is A LOT easier then botting items. Particularly as it seems that dupes can not catch up with the Gold farmers, in other words there are much less great items around then gold. There is a relation between items and gold because with enough Gold you can buy everything. But who has that much Gold? Not the "usual" player.

Agree.

When was the last time you see a trifecta Tal Rasha amulet in the GAH?

All the good deals are moving to RMAH or third party and GOLD ISN'T BEEN SUNK ON THESE MULTIPLE BILLION TRANSACTIONS.

you miss the point that it's already the case, gold isnt worth 25cent and ALOT ppl move to chinese websites to buy gold, since they only pay like 30%..

now dont tell me "but they can ban for that" cause they dont even ban botters
