HI there! This is not something that can be dealt with on the Tech Support forums. Below is a quote from Omrakos, the Blizzard Forum Support Agent here.



Please allow at least 72 hours after an auction is ended before contacting use about items not being received. After that time has elapsed, you can submit a support ticket as described below:

1. Go to the Battle.net Support website at https://us.battle.net/support/en/ticket/submit
2. Choose "Diablo III" as the game with which you need assistance.
3. Ensure that "Use a few words to summarize your issue" is selected.
4. Type in "auction house" and click Next.
5. Choose one of the options that best matches your problem.
6. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "Submit a Ticket".
7. Fill out your ticket and click "Submit".

There's really nothing we can do about auction house transactions here in the forum. Submit a ticket as I mentioned above but only after waiting at least 72 hours.

Same problem for me - 11 hours since original buyout and still nothing! Hope Blizz fixes soon! I submitted a ticket so I'll let you know if that works...

See the above quote Texa. While I understand you are frustrated, you really just need to wait a bit. They ask you avoid submitting a ticket until the full 72 hours has passed. Given the ticket backlog right now, it just clogs up the system with something they can't really help with. Most likely the transaction simply has to finish processing. It can take up to 72 hours for banks to give the money to Blizzard despite them taking it from you right away!

Thanks MissCheetah. I'll try to be patient. I can't say that I understand the logic that it takes 72 hours for the "banks" to give the money to Blizzard... this was a purchase on the gold auction house using imaginary currency that is entirely managed by Blizzard.

I would understand this delay if it were on the Real Money side, but this was just a normal gold auction house transaction, so it's a bit perplexing that 72 hours would be needed to process anything.... would be helpful to know why a gold auction house transaction would possibly need to take that long.
