Damage can roll so incredibly low on Inferno-found items that it's almost astonishing every single time. 150 DPS is useless even in the entirety of Hell difficulty. Maybe all of Nightmare difficulty.
Honestly, I think anything below 500 DPS shouldn't be allowed to even make an appearance in Inferno difficulty, not even if it drops off the first zombie you kill in Act 1 and is blue.
So, I'm curious if this is part of the current plans for overhauling how items roll.
