My account was banned a few minutes ago when i was buying some stuff in RMAH. And i could not save item in my stash. Most of transaction was successful except today, btw, i submitted a ticket for contacting the Blizzard Customer Support team but no reply............
If you are a legit user, you should not have anything to worry about.
Happen to me once, ban my account for a month, reason given was violating of their ToC. I issued several tickets asking why they banned me and they just gave vague responses that they cannot reveal the reason of the ban and would not entertain any further tickets.
After a month I receive an apology that they screwed up and lifted the ban.
We recently closed the Diablo III license associated with this Battle.net account. However, we’ve found evidence that the closure may have been a mistake on our part so we have re-opened the account for play effective immediately. We humbly regret the error and hope that you will accept our sincere apologies.
It is our goal to ensure that Battle.net is a fun and safe environment for all players. We take security and fair play very seriously, and we are truly sorry that this license was mistakenly penalized as a result of our efforts to keep Diablo III enjoyable for everyone. If you have any questions about the policies we enforce in Diablo III, please see our In-Game Policies support article : https://battle.net/support/article/300722.
We hope this resolves any concerns you may have about this action, and we look forward to your safe return to Diablo III.
If you are a legit user, hopefully they don't take that long to realise that they screwed up.

LOL, you forget, this is Blizz. They don't admit to doing any wrong unless you have a gun to their head, even then ...
What troubles me is that they don't show any proof when they ban your license and just use vague statements like violation of ToS so there is no avenue to refuting their reason to ban or proving them that they got the wrong person, like my case.

it sounds like a very legal perspective, because money is involved not only in buying the game now but also in transactions within a game and virtual commodity has an actual monatery value now. It's probably legal advisors or whatever have instituted this kind of self absolving denail because if push comes to shuv and they get sued, well, they never admitted to anything so a defence can mount a good argument.
yes it sucks that no one is culpable anymore but thats the way it is when !@#$ gets big and money is invlved, you have to be very careful, i guess we are the loosers in that regard. Don't be to dismayed, it is only a game afterall, why not try PoE or torchlight while the D3 issue is being resolved?
Just remember that they also ban for legitimate reasons as well to improove the gameing comunity by hopefully detracting cheaters and scammers from trying to pull tricks.
