error 53 locked account


I hope you can help me resolved
When I use my mastercard to buy something. I think I have enough money. But it wasn't. So I buy the same thing several times. Finally I check my card account. I find there is not enough money. So I add a new credit card. And buy it successfully
I dont know why you locked my accout

I am glad to hear you resolved the financial issue. When odd things like this happen on the account they lock it (suspend it) to help prevent fraud. It lets you investigate and ensure that the actions are not due to an outside party using a stolen card on your account. Now that it is fixed, you can submit a ticket to have the suspension removed.

D3 > I can't login > I want to appeal a ban or suspension. That should get you in queue to have it reviewed and resolved. Good luck!
