"An internal error occurred, please restart. If problem persist contact customer support,"

I restart but, it makes no difference.

And, this error is all I get when I try to start D3 for the past few days. Any ideas? I read through all subjects here and didn't see this one. Sorry if I missed it ... Can anyone help me?
