and no matter if i max it out or take it to nothing i get asset loading lag, stuttering and, jitters from start to finish... it all happened with there 2nd or 3rd patch..

D3 from the box install on release day never stuttered, not once. Loading any animations, special effects, monster types, release D3 was smooth as glass... then Blizz did something with a patch, and have yet to fix it.

unless your one of the rare ones that have no stuttering at all...
