Diablo III Accounts Suspended

Hi Blizzard,

According to Singapore Timezone (GMT +8), I received emails from both of my accounts.

1st email stated that my main account was temporarily disabled and 2nd email stated my 2nd account was permanently closed.

I have act according to the procedures for the 1st email, however I was banned instead of unlock. Next, I continue to appeal and was also rejected.

I have also submitted a ticket for my 2nd account and also was reject after a few attempts of appealing.

Do advise what could possible to ban my both account? I am the owner of this 2 accounts and I played as normal and it is wrong to have transfer 1B gold between my accounts?

Please assist me, thank you.

After a thorough investigation of your recently reported compromise, it has come to our attention that your ticket was submitted in an attempt to defraud the Game Master Department in order to duplicate gold or other assets. As a result, the Diablo III license attached to this Battle.net Account has been permanently closed.

This action was taken in keeping with our Diablo III End User License Agreement (http://us.blizzard.com/en-us/company/legal/d3_eula.html) and will neither be amended nor removed.

1. Follow the directions you were given in the ticket to deal with the compromise. Hopefully this one is genuine.

2. You have been permanently banned for trying to scam Blizzard and there is nothing further that can be done. You already exhausted your appeals on the matter it sounds like. Done is done. The account is closed forever.
