For some reason he was prompted to verify his security but after putting his email and password that he just set up, he was locked and after trying in vain to recover his password he was locked for too many failed attempt.
Is there a way for him to make an appeal? We are in NZ and we do not usually call international numbers. He still have the D3 box with the serial number with him.
