Diablo® III

CM Wiz: no more carpal tunnel!

Hello and welcome to my guide to CM Wiz without getting carpal tunnel.

I have uncovered a secret "way" to cm wiz without all of button mashing.

the key is in some common sense keybinds, some of which most of you have already implemented, however I take them one step further.

Binds
1 = q (diamond skin)

2 = w (explosive blast)

3 = e (frost nova)

Force stand still = SPACEBAR

Left click (energy twister)

Right click (personalized choice here)

Looks similar to probably what you are already doing right?

now here is the magic.

press and hold q w e and spacebar simply left click to place tornados.

Why this is superior:
Every time you left click it will trigger q w e as rapidly as you can left click assuming a skill is available to be used.
if this is not working as well as you'd like, adjust your keyboard repeat rate in your windows control panel. no macros or outside programs needed.

If you liked this guide and would like to help a struggling wizard out
add me and donate a tip

Thank you all and good luck,

Most people already know this, it's just that some keyboards don't allow that many inputs hence the problem.

hmm. I am using a Microsoft comfort curve keyboard. it wasn't very pricy though

Zxcv are a better choice for keybinds. Allows you to use shift easier. I also bind spacebar for pots.

There are people who play without using CM's little helper still?

There are some of us that don't even need CM's little helper. Back in my day yipper snappers we didn't have all those fancy macros, and we just learned to button smash like pros. We also had to walk fifteen miles through the snow to get to school, uphill both ways! :p

What's the helper? I use an autohotkey script that I wrote, but if there is something better I'm all for it.

dont forget the mouse wheel - right now I have it bound to "close all windows" so anytime anyone has anything to say in this game I just give it a spin, but it can be used for any input
