How to really make crafting interesting.

First off, plans with fewer than 6 modifiers (ilvl 60+) were a horrible idea. They were never relevant.

The idea: let plans drop with random modifiers. The modifiers rolled on the plans are locked in place.

IE: I find a Design: Prismatic Archon Armor of the Whale.

When I teach this to the blacksmith, he will be able to craft archon armor with resist all and vitality as guaranteed rolls.

This would make crafting recipes much more interesting to find. I believe this would be in line with the current direction crafting is going.
