For some strange reason my downward arrow next to my name ( " v " ) does not work correctly. It is supposed to open up options to "view threads" ect but all it does is open my character profile page. I am not crazy , it just doesn't work (please check).
The "downward arrow" and the "view profile" in a thread, OR on the top right both do the exact same thing.. they ALL open to my profile page, to view my characters. None of them let me find my threads or the other options that are supposed to be avialable.
Could you please look into this as its broken and practically impossible to write in the forums when I can't find any of my posts because the option to view posts is not there.
I will add a few things to help:
Windows 7 pro 64 bit.(fully updated)
Mozzzila Firefox version -126.96.36.199
Flash version -11.7.700.169
Java Version 7 Update 21
No spywware, adware or virus's
US version Of client.
**I also was temperarely banned for a peroid of time, so possiblly I missed a forum update or maybe something was forgotten to be unlocked upon my return?

In that previous thread:
I was actually just asking people in general if there was any known solution to my problem. After leaving that thread for a few days i realized, this problem was just my problem, and a rare problem at that. I figured out it actually needs to be fixed by the blues, not the public, and thats why I remade the thread, and focused it directley on the blues.
So i decided to rewrite the thread for the blues and,I added as much information as possible so maybe, just maybe, they can fix my issue.
Anyways, thanks for the tips but the small arrow beside my battletag name doesn't work on any of my computers.(I have 5) And flash and java is fully updated ... thanks for the ideas though (i did check!)
FYI- .I also can not delete any posts as i must be in the "downward arrow" option that is not currently working for me, otherwise i would have deleted my old thread..

I have the same thing happen when i press the arrow.
These are the other problems i have
After not getting a reply here for a week or so i sent a ticket in, the reply was:
"I received your report about the website.
While there are many things that Game Masters can do, we cannot help with things such as this. I have looked at the link you provide and it appears that you submitted this in the correct place. While it does not appear that you received a response I can assure you that that forum is monitored and the website people have very likely seen that post by now. :)
If there is anything else we can look into, or do to make sure you have an excellent time in Azeroth, Sanctuary and beyond, let us know."
The next day i found out IE has the same problem and so added to the ticket, the reply then was:
"Thanks for the update! As the previous representative mentioned, we don't really have the ability to address website bugs, which is why we have that website bug report forum. I know it can be frustrating to send things up and not get an answer back, so let me explain how this generally works:
- You submit a website bug report
- Our QA website team checks it out
- They try to replicate the issue to see if it's a bug or not
- If they can replicate it and verify it's a bug with the site itself, they'll take a look at all the bugs and website stuff they have to fix, and give this one a specific priority
- When that priority comes up on the list, it gets fixed
- That fix gets tested to make sure it works without breaking other stuff
- The website gets updated - usually on a Tuesday or during scheduled website maintenance
As you can see, this can take a super long time, especially if it's a low-impact issue. Something like this is annoying for sure, very frustrating, but might have a lower priority than something like characters not loading at all on the armory, or people not being able to change their passwords, for example.
I'm afraid that I don't have any more information about when this might be fixed or where it is in that process. If you don't see any movement or fixes in another couple of weeks, feel free to bump that thread or post a new one!
If you have any other questions or concerns, please feel free to reply and let us know. Happy gaming!"
BTW Sÿlak, Blizz should pay u to become a blue, you're always replying to everyones posts. :D
CTRL+F5 does nothing for me
I've heard patience is a virtue...
I am having the same problem, in fact it goes beyond the little arrow. I cannot use the quote feature or look at my own or other peoples items when I view profiles. It's all tied to the java I think so I am going to update. But I think I just did a week or so ago.
What is weird is sometimes it does actually work, then all the sudden it doesn't. No clue..
I checked and everything is up to date. So again clueless. I even logged off and back onto the website. If I recall correctly my issues seemed to start when I updated to IE10.
IE7Pro 64bit here as well

ANy questions for me blizzard please ask as I will get back to you :)
