I see what you did there. +1 for black Xbow and Zuni Boots/Inna Belt

Yeah its insane, beats most manticores in the mid-ave level. Costs a lot less too!

That's a pretty insane build.

Why did you choose vengeance over nightstalker. You seem to have disc. issues and given that you use caltrops I would've thought nightstalker would be a more natural fit.

But man that was good DPS.

You actually snared a lot as well. It would be insane if you used Cull the weak + Steady aim + archery. That would be crazy DPS.

Bombardment is awesome. The only downside is that it really only works in areas like the keep. You used doorways a lot. It would be a lot less effective in Dalghur oasis. If not for this Bombardment would be my fav skill by far.

Vengance is a must due to a non generator build. The Archery passive is the only changeable passive, NS / Perfectionist / CtW are good replacements. (Ofc CtW with mage tanking)

Bombardment..

Worst thing about is when theyre moving...e.g maniacs towards you are hard to hit lol, I guess the only issue are those that move / kite... etc something I can live with. Damage <3

I run similar build to your and don't have any hatred issue without vengeance. I use night bane instead of gloom though.

@Autarch

Hows the thrill passive working out?

I like your build man, the SmokeScreen is very important, when you stop channeling and theres like 10x Desecrator / Poison pool on your feet, theres no way to step out alive unless you SmokeScreen :X

hey does Thrill of the Hunt proc snare for Cull the weak...the blue aura is the same.

TotH work just fine once you snap shot it combine with valley of death to hold mobs into place every thing just melting down lol. I agree SS is super important for this Rambo build. I cast SP and stay where I'm at shooting till things melt without break chanelling except I got CCed.

@Alagos
Didn't know Toth proc CotW haven't try it but I guess it don't since it does't slow mobs but rather hold it to the ground.

Its not as "ineffective" as cluster bombs where you really want them mobs packed tightly (indoors).

RF builds works well as long as you don't get 1 hit-dead from mobs, the sustain from SP is just insane!

@Cameo nice vid mate :D

Damn hot knife on butter!

Maybe try with soj? :D

very nice. although I do think you're gimping yourself by not having an SOJ. your white-mob crits are amazing, but my elite crits are close to yours and I have half the dps!

@Impreza

Bowing to your impressive 600K DPS build

Would appreciate your feedback

Can you please take a look at my demon hunter to tell me what I can tweak, I am looking to become a little more powerful in regard to DPS and Vitality, I do keep getting one shot hit a lot.

That is some serious monster melting. You really should join caiqian's RF challenge: http://us.battle.net/d3/en/forum/topic/9281328892

Also, that is a great rare xbow. I also use rare > manticore (for all of the reasons you have mentioned above) and it took forever for me to find one on Americas that compares with yours. What do you think? :)

thanks doc.

Here is a link to the commonly used DH skills

http://eu.battle.net/d3/en/forum/topic/7618102457

I can see you're fairly new to the DH class, I suggest you play with the builds, there are lots of effective build on lower MPs to gain para levels much quicker.

Rapid fire IMO isn't really a meant for leveling, theres strafe builds and elemental arrow builds for low - mid MPs which are more effective.

It does shine when you got a designated tank or a freeze wiz on your party, I strongly suggest you be friends with them and party together to gain exp levels faster, its a win-win situation :D

Gear :

CD and CC on your amulet and gloves, these are your weakest items ATM.

There are lots of cheap cloaks with high Vit, I suggest you get one of those. (but you'll need to change them later to Max disc when your other gears are strong enough to negate the HP loss from cloak)

Craft those bracers first. 5/6 crit with AR isn't very hard to get, since you only need to get 2 combinations. Having vit on top of that makes it a very good craft.

Crafting amulets are expensive, I suggest you buy a temporary one till you finished your bracers. same with gloves, buy a cheap CD and CC gloves for now.

I;d go in this order : Bracers --> Amulet --> Gloves --> maybe Shoulders once you saturated the first three.

Oh and you got a marquise emerald on your cloak :D I suggest you keep that on your stash till you get yourself a nice weapon to put it on later. (moving them gems are 5m a pop/gem)

Lastly, you will need atleast 4 parts with high All Resist, you already got 2/4. try to get the remaining two on the bracers and a cheap mempho for now. try not to get defensive stats on jewelries (it makes them harder to upgrade later on.

Remember to have fun playing. The fun part is the journey towards end game items, and not the end game itself.

Hope these few tidbits helps.

i must ask.
what is the benefit of using the zunni boots vs nats boots?
cause i dont see what you did there lol.

And pro dh build. Impressive hatred/live sustain. Tried similar build but lower mp..couldnt survive the big hitters. gonna try again with the knowledge obtained from this thread. Thnx mate. =D
