I have an in-game issue with an item that went missing when released from the auction house to the stash. None of the boilerplate documents address this. None of the predefined queries address this. You (blue) post that this forum is not where to get in-game issues resolved. Fine, but it would be immensely helpful if the tools apparently provided actually worked.
Browser is Firefox 21.
Additional information added: The in-game issue resolved itself; the item showed up about forty minutes after I transferred it.
The website issue still exists.

Me 2, EU support site, similar issue with HC auction house: purchased and paid item was not delivered. I am waiting for >2 days already for the item. Lucky I lost 400K only, still makes me feel ripped off.
I am unable to submit a ticket, when I click on "Next" after entering the problem description I simply get kicked back to procedure start. Happens both on IE 10 and FF 22.
Threats of violence. We take these seriously and will alert the proper authorities.
