Diablo® III

Anyone using the HD7000 series?

None of the AMD HD7000 series video cards are on the supported list. I assume they would be added at some point?

Is anyone using any of these successfully?

Don't you think the notion that AMD's current line of graphics somehow cannot run D3 is...absurd?

Indeed.

Which is why it's odd that not a single 7000 series is in the certified graphics card list.

I've been using a HD4870 and lately it's crashing constantly, daily. I was just going to wipe the drive and reinstall everything. But I wouldn't mind an upgrade either. But I hate to only get a HD6970, when the 7000's have been out for quite some time now but are not listed in the certified list.

I have also been running a 7950 for awhile now with no issues. As for fps, with an optimal server connection, I get around 100-120.

I've had the same video card for going on six months now, and same as Mogrigg. No problems whatsoever. I'm able to play on max settings on all my games.

Maybe whoever is in charge of the list is having a perpetual herp derp. I have a GTX 660 and that's not listed, let alone the whole Nvidia 600 series. But I know I don't need to consult the video card support list at all to find it out whether it can run D3 or not.

The 7950 is severe overkill for D3. The only games out right now that even give it a workout are Far Cry 3, Crysis 3, and Tomb Raider.
