Now tell me why is it none of this other than the public play is available to me.
I got this email on the 6th.

I left blizzard games long ago due to constant issues like this, lack of "careing" Customer Service, and just a laundry list of crap ill not list here.

So, none of this has been addressed, or fixed i see....cant get through to "Customer Service" to get this issue fixed...
