Could you try it again when you get a chance? I issued your account a reset which should have resolved it. Normally, when a digital purchase is made, they place restrictions on the account for a short while until the financial transaction is approved/completed. This is usually not more than 72 hours and often much quicker than that. Sometimes, it doesn't clear the restrictions though which is why I issued the account reset.
