Aggravating login

Hey guys,

So about a month ago I tried to login in to my old account on Diablo III in a internet cafe, the game said that I was logging in from a different computer and said that I had to clarify who I was ether through my security questions or through the cd key. I failed three attempts and now it says I have to contact customer support and I have been looking around the blizzard website and there is no number or email to contact, where can I unlock my account.

Any help is appreciated

Specifically you want to click the "I'm currently locked out of my account" and follow the prompts as directed.

Now would be a good time to mention getting either a physical keyfob authenticator, found at the Blizzard Store here:

FlexAuth is an alternative if you have multiple Battle.net accounts but only one device. It can be found here:

Note: FlexAuth is not associated with Blizzard Entertainment and is not endorsed by them as an officially sanctioned method of authenticating your account. While it can work, it is not supported. It is however the only option available to secure multiple Battle.net accounts on a single device.

If you use an iPhone, you can find the Battle.net Authenticator in the App Store or in the iTunes Store:

Attaching an authenticator to your account prevents the account from being locked if accessed from multiple locations (in most benign cases) since you must enter the authenticator code in addition to your usual login information. It is advised to have this feature enabled at all times to prevent your account from being compromised. It is also required in conjunction with the Battle.net SMS Protect feature if you wish to use the Real Money Auction House
