We’ve received a growing number of reports concerning excessive delays with both the Gold and Real Money Auction Houses. We’re currently investigating the situation, and are doing everything we can to resolve it as soon as possible.

At this time, we're asking users experiencing a significant delay to please refrain from submitting a support ticket as this issue is currently being investigated.

Again, we’d like to assure players that, despite these issues and delays, we have not seen any cases where gold/items have been permanently lost.
