Diablo® III

My version of the original Butcher!

Hello guys! Just wanted to share with you my take on the original butcher in Diablo 1. I wanted to give him more human features, as if he was someone before he became corrupted. It was made mainly with zbrush, here's the link:

That's really a fantastic! Great job on both your digital sculpt and your compositing, and thanks for sharing your work with us!

Good work!, but I think D1's butcher would have been 50lbs bigger. Like the same build and stance as your sample, but everything swollen like it has been dead for 2 weeks. Then it would be closer to the animation in D1. In my opinion.

That's a thing I haven't considered ! And now that you pointed it, i feel like redoing it, but I have to finish other projects first. Thanks!

Cool, he looks brutal and charismatic, not clumsy, as butcher in D3.

Need more muscle and/or size, in my opinion. Why is a piece of his head missing? Maybe show a cracked skull with some brain tissue behind it to make it look more realistic.

Look at the picture again, there isn't a piece of the head missing.

it's not missing, but you might want to adjust your brightness/contrast settings on your screen. Thanks for the input, I'm thinking about adding lots of details on it and reposting it again. I was happy with it at first but now when i look at it I see lots of room for improvement.
