I can see it now. It will be so damn difficult to get a perfect item in this game. Most of the ranges are very low to high. But if you did happen to get a perfect item it would be worth much more.

@Rockncox: Not to mention the random properties generated for nearly every item. Depending on playstyle and class you'll be looking for any number of random properties. Really will make scouring for that perfect item that much harder and that much more enjoyable.
