Suggestion on RoS unifying gaming experience

I believe the banner system was intended to be the reward loop for achievement completion. It's just that the banner system feels like an incomplete experience. I don't think tying achievements account wide to the sc+hc paragon system will receive positive feedback because it is the reward loop for killing monsters in each mode respectively.

At this point the banner system is so open ended you could probably suggest anything you like and come up with a workable idea.

Personally, I like that HC and SC are separate. It make HC more rewarding when you do play it, and if you don't play it, then it's of no burden to you. Goes both ways, too.
