Mystic Upgraded Gear and Webpage Profile

Bug Report
Rare gear that has been upgraded by the Mystic is not reflected on the Web Profile.
The Web profile shows the stats of the original gear only.
I noticed my enchanted gear wasn’t properly showing up when I was looking over my character sheet this morning, and I dug around to find out more about it. We're definitely aware of this issue, and we're looking into it, but we don't have a time frame to share about when it might be resolved right now. We really appreciate you letting us know about it, though, and we wish you good hunting in Sanctuary!
There was an issue before RoS came out but after patch 2.0. My rare gloves and pants on my wizard were showing lower values on some of their stats. Something is going on in the script that reads game data and then displays it on the online profile.
It does seem to be quite messed up. At first I thought it was just the enchanted stuff but some of the other properties are just flat out wrong.

I (along with several other forum posters like those above) have noticed the issue of gear in the battle.net and in-game hero profiles showing lower values since the launch of patch 2.0.1.

Could we also get a blue confirmation that the dev team is aware of this deeper problem and that it is also being looked into/fixed? People have been posting about this for weeks.

Thanks Grim. Appreciate the response.

Best Regards,
First, very sorry to say.
I am a Chinese user.
I met a bug in the game, the staff estimates data fill in error.
When almost all 70LV equipment replacement property, their prices usually 10,0000 +
However, when the replacement property to the wrist, his price is 1,000,000 +
My English is not good, the above text is Machine Translated.
Therefore, I can not find a place to submit bug.
Only posting here, hope to understand.
Since I am still curious if some of the other bugs with the battle.net website and in-game hero profiles are known issues, I thought that I would post a case study of my monk (Adiabat) highlighting some of these issues (rather than simply bumping this post). It is very annoying to have an inaccurate representation of your gear when someone inspects your character profile.

1. Paragon Points
2. Set Bonuses
3. Incorrect Rolls on Items on Battle.net
4. Incorrect Damage/Toughness/Healing on In-Game Hero Profile
5. Playing with Gems to Account for Set Bonus
6. Conclusion (TL;DR)

1. Paragon Points: The first thing to note is that paragon points are not factored into either the in-game hero profile (and by that I mean the profile you get to from Main Menu-->Profile-->Heroes-->Character Name within the client) or the battle.net profile. I would consider this a less important issue and only mention it to establish the fact that in all of the following examples using my monk, I have reset all of his paragon points so that he has none assigned (unless otherwise noted).

2. Set Bonuses: It seems that some set bonuses are working, while others are not. First, an example of one that is not. The Inna's 2-piece set bonus is +130 dexterity.

Take a look at my inventory sheet in-game: http://i.imgur.com/oF2DcFn.jpg

It shows that my four main stats are:
Str:124
Dex: 2757
Int:513
Vit: 1203

Now, if you look at my in-game hero profile instead: http://i.imgur.com/VFZltM0.jpg

It shows that my four main stats are:
Str:124
Dex: 2627
Int:513
Vit: 1203

Note that this is exactly 130 Dex less than my character sheet, implying that the Inna's 2-piece set bonus is not registering. As a counter example, let's look at Nat's 2-piece set bonus (+7% critical hit chance). As you can see from the first image that I linked, my total critical hit chance is 48%.

When you look at my battle.net profile: http://i.imgur.com/xE2meRO.png (or go to my profile)

You can see that it shows that I have 43% increased critical hit chance from gear. With the innate 5% crit chance that all characters have, this adds up to the correct 48%. So the 7% CC bonus from Nat's 2-piece is correctly taken into account. (As a side note, notice that the Battle.net profile also shows the dexterity value reduced by 130.)

So it seems that some set bonuses still work while others do not.

3. Incorrect Rolls on Items on Battle.net: Next we will be taking a look at my monk's shoulders to demonstrate how Battle.net is showing completely wrong numbers on gear.

In the inventory screen, this is what my shoulders look like: http://i.imgur.com/nlV2VOt.jpg

Channeling Denial (Rare Shoulders)
+210 Dexterity
+63 Intelligence
+121 Vitality
+79 Resistance to All Elements
+181 Armor
+44 Lightning Resistance

However, when you look at my Battle.net profile, they look like this: http://i.imgur.com/3MpprnW.png

Channeling Denial (Rare Shoulders)
+226 Dexterity
+51 Intelligence
+113 Vitality
+72 Resistance to All Elements
+190 Armor
+41 Lightning Resistance

Every single roll is different. I had never encountered this issue before patch 2.0, and it seems like either an item is totally affected (all rolls wrong) or not affected at all (no incorrect rolls).

4. Incorrect Damage/Toughness/Healing on In-Game Hero Profile: If you go back and look at my inventory sheet, you will see the following values.

http://i.imgur.com/oF2DcFn.jpg
Damage: 201,945
Toughness: 440,196
Healing: 1832

However, if you look at my battle.net profile, you see different values.

http://i.imgur.com/xE2meRO.png
Damage: 172,742
Toughness: 316,313
Healing: 1753

I have no idea what is going on here, but clearly all of the values are too low. Another interesting point is that if you look back at the shoulders in my hero profile from the main menu of the game, the rolls on the shoulders are fine. However, this menu shows the same wrong Damage/Toughness/Healing values as the incorrect Battle.net profile: http://i.imgur.com/F7p1o1W.jpg

Essentially, on battle.net both the item rolls and damage/toughness/healing values are wrong, while on the hero profile only the damage/toughness/healing values are incorrect.

5. Playing with Gems to Account for Set Bonus: Lastly, just to show what would happen if you were to account for the missing 130 Dex, I played around with my gems. I removed 5 RS emeralds, added one imperial emerald, and added another 60 Dex using paragon.

(-(5x58)+100+60)=-130

This lowered my in-game dexterity down to 2627, but obviously this did not account for all of the lowering of the Damage/Toughness/Healing values.

http://i.imgur.com/zWOtiyr.jpg
Damage: 192,756
Toughness: 432,744
Healing: 1808

6. Conclusion (TL;DR): Battle.net profiles and in-game hero profiles (what you get if you inspect someone) have been showing greatly reduced values for Damage/Toughness/Healing since the launch of Patch 2.0 (2/25/14). This is perhaps partly due to some (but not all) set bonuses not registering and certain items showing completely incorrect rolls.

There also seems to be problems with stats from paragon and rerolls from the mystic, but as these are newly implemented systems, bugs are to be expected. It will not help all that much to fix the issues with mystic rerolls and paragon points if there are still major underlying problems with the way these profiles work.
So then why should it be my problem when i get kick because someone thinks my damage is too low, but it's really not?
