Does this include legendary crafting materials?

Well, I'm not happy I struggled through a T4 run then opened 5 of my caches an hour ago.

Good changes at any rate; this will at least make crafting/enchanting SOMEWHAT manageable other than being able to craft maybe 1 item every day.


What? You still need to farm for countless hours just to get the one legendary specific material that is needed for said item. That's not taking into account the days (yes days) you need to spend farming for gems, which are also required for the craft. Once you're done farming gems and legendary specific materials, you'll probably have found a better legendary than the one you intended to craft.
I am all for the game being difficult and taking time, but the crafts are too hard, too random and too bad. I farmed for ~2 hours just now for Born's Key. I got it too. Then I crafted the chest; it had 1 socket, around 560 bonus armor, life regen and + damage on explossive blast. I salvaged it right away. That's literally over a day's worth of farming, straight down the drain.

As a quick heads up, we have two buffs to Legendary item drop rates coming down the pipeline.

  • First change: We're increasing the drop rate for Legendary items (this includes Set items) in Torment 1-6.

  • Second change: We're significantly increasing the chance for an item purchased from Kadala to be a Legendary.

Both of these hotfixes are somewhat proactive, but are aimed to help improve the reward curve for players as they start to reach higher Torment difficulties. We look forward to hearing your feedback as a result of these changes!

Is it possible to get a list how much the Dropchance increase when u go a higher torment?
like:
t1: 100%
t2: 110%

would be more than usefull
I like the new changes, but there is still the problem that there is too much random involved. There should be better alternatives to farm for legendaries (even then, lots of legendaries have crappy values).

are drops increased by playing higher torments?
and i thought you would nerf below torment xD

I'll wait until 3/38 -- I assume 3/38/14 :) -- to see if the changes make RoS worth buying. I canceled my pre-order and decided to wait until it's actually worth playing according to at least a minority of players. So far the legs and crafting don't sound impressive.

I assume the Drop Rates of Death Breath are also increased. It sure feels like it. They stack up nicely now.
Does this change include Reaper's Fear? I'm not sure if I've been really unlucky with the drop or if it's bugged.

Could you please inform us of the drop rate chances of legendaries per difficulty level?
