Unable to upgrade to CE from Anual Pass

The game key you entered cannot be claimed. Please check the key and try again. Alternatively, you can enter this key for a different region by changing the leading part of the www.battle.net URL (ex. "eu.battle.net") in your web browser, or for a different Battle.net account.

It's the correct key. Anyone else having this problem or think this could be attributed to the servers being down?
I just upgraded my account/game to CE from the AP no less than an hour ago. Make sure you're typing it in correctly with no -'s?
