Wizard OP

Wizard
only wizard and DH can solo farming at inferno

http://us.battle.net/d3/en/calculator/wizard#bRSOQX!YgT!cbYYZa

1. Never VIT, RESIST
>so HP 4720 and 0% resist. dont worry! We have energy armor(force armor) & diamond skin

2. Only INT, CRIT chance(over 35% crit)
>Int increase dmg, Crit reset ur skill cooldown because we have OP passive <Critical mass>

3. shock pulse(living lightning) and magic weapon(venom)
> so u can use ZERO Cooldown(actually 1~2sec cooldown vs single monster) energy armor and diamond skin

No joke, Just do it

barbarian, monk suck at inferno difficulty

Gear problem.

Game mechanics.

Build is bad.
1) Magic weapon - force weapon or nothing, sorry venom is terrible.
2) Living lightning really? Failure.
3) Critical mass why?

You're a failure or a troll. Going with the former.

And you're just bad. The build the OP is talking about it insanely overpowered. Don't talk about things you don't understand.

Sorry, you're wrong. It wasn't overpowered by any means, it was just different. Congratulations, we could tank the joke bosses that this game has thrown at us. Champ packs still destroyed everyone if they had one of like 8 affixes.
well energy armor with force rune is nerfed lmao. hopefully just a bug.

Again, people talking about builds they don't understand. The build the OP is talking about is not the "Boss Build, HP regen" build that is going around. This build can, and does, tank packs of elite mobs extremely well, as well as bosses. It's an insanely overpowered build that is leaps and bounds above HP regen.

Stack Crit, Spam Living Lighting, have 0 second cooldowns.

Spam Diamond Armor and Frost Nova ever .2 seconds.

/profit

Energy Armor is still vital to this build. Which unfortunately, is now broken.
Nono, it is not broken, it's typical Blizzard's patch/fix :P
Something happened to energy armor today? Or are you guys just saying it's broken in general?
lol "farm inferno."

Farm inferno joke bosses for vendor blue items, you mean?

That build was crushed by almost all champion packs.

Seriously, read before you post. The OP build is not the HP regen build that is !!%#d by packs. It's completely different, and RAPES packs of mobs and Elites.
does the venom rune help with crit in this build? or can you use force weapon?

Can't understand how kids like you made it past hell. Learn to think about how skills interact before posting stuff like this.

Venom/Living Lightning proc critical mass at such a rate that diamond skin is literally on a permanent cooldown.
Yeah this build is ridiculously OP, you can pretty much do an infinite stun lock on champions that don't have the shield mod until they die with frost nova.
Ow ffs, shoo troll , your making us look bad ..... hi guys! op is right that the build he posted is different then the regular boss facetank build, tho he seems to have trouble expresing himself. Ive actualy posted it myself in detail and the thread has some variations on it and feedback.

My understanding is that Venom causes your 15% bonus to be spread over 3seconds so with 3 hits you have 3 chances to crit instead of 1. If you're living lightning hits 10 enemies that's 30 hits because of venom so if you're up to 30% crit that means one cast into a group is going to instantly refresh your nova and diamond skin.

I haven't used this build, so I may be wrong, but I believe that's why you go with venom.
Yes the crits from dots proc critical mass excluding hydras. So using living lightning in conjunction with venom weapon pretty much refreshes all your cooldowns; therefore, wizards can faceroll diamond skin and frost nova, which is likely not what the developers intended in the first place.
The OP is using a fire and forget damage system. It is nothing new, but people are confusing it because they think there is only one way to crack Inferno mode with a wizard.
