Upgrading graphic card

Games & Technology
Since I'm not a computer whiz and I need helps with graphic card.

This is the computer I got for my b-day back last month: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883220141

and I want to upgrade my current card, Geforce 8400GS (was given to me by my cousin) to something better. My SC2 and WoW run quite good on that card on medium setting, but not very good with Diablo 3.

I'm trying to figure out which card is decent for Diablo 3 that can run well, and I'm looking for one that can run with 300W power supply at Best Buy without buying new power supply for it. Does anyone know which one is good for gaming with 300W only?
The Ati Radeon series has introduced a low power consumption card that whilst not 'bleeding edge' and may struggle with high end 3d games at large resolutions it should certainly be capable of running Diablo 3 at high settings.

The Radio 7750 series is rated at about 55 watts so will run on a 300w power supply and does not need a special power connector either.
I am running a msi 760gm-p23(fx)(ms-76410) motherboard and a evga gtx560 graphic. was havine problems with Win7 with annoying noise every once in a while after playing D3, if I stop and run defrag and registry clean it go away for a while then comes back, anyone have any idea what the problem might be. I upgraded to Win 10 and still having the same problem? My other pc with identical sound card does not have the problem.
just upgrade your PSU so you can get a proper GPU. it's going to be better in the long run. shoot for something like

and with that you can run something cool but affordable like
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814202183 which should be plenty for this game.

Also, avoid purchasing parts from physical retail stores. the markup is not worth it.
