Sore wrists from whirlwinding to much

Aus/NZ General Discussion
Anyone else getting sore wrists from whirlwinding to much on your barb?

Seems like since MP came out, the whirlwinding doubles with each MP lvl and my wrist is getting very sore and could become serious, I don't want to stop whirlwinding as I enjoy that build, can we implement an alternative movement?

I setup a joystick, however I cannot get tight enough circles... lol
considered a thumb ball mouse?

won't that just give me a sore tumb lol
maybe if you're a little b1atch ;) lol
I guess thats the price you pay for using the best class in the game :P
Sounds like you get way too involved in the whole spinning haha.

You should train yourself to be ambidextrous. Give your wrist a rest!
seriously never had a problem before MP lvl so I think it's just spin after spin for hours at a time.

i've stretched and it feels better but just FYI for anyone out there, it could become something very serious.
ahh first world problems
Do some weights buddy, strength training!
@Fyredefyre - i'm training 5 days a week, grip/forearm strength is not a problem. that said it's a little different than repetitive movements for hours at a time.

what sort of training are u doing for grip and forearm strength? :p
i "train" as well, generally only lasts a few minutes at best though :(
I can't tell if your being serious or dirty or both lol

there is a lot of forearm/grip strength exercises out there.
Watch the karate kid movie (original) and you'll be super strong!

LEFT-A-CIRCLE! RIGHT-A-CIRCLE!

lol @ that photo...scary!
well just FYI for anyone out there.
Hey Zues, don't take it personally, the subject was ripe for the double-entendre treatment.

Yes, you should take it seriously if you are suffering discomfort from repetitive mouse movement.
Regular rest and stretching should be sufficient, however you may want to look into OOS (RSI) hint sheets.
maybe you should not ma$turbate after playing or vice versa.

maybe allocate separate days for each activity, go for a run and then maybe take up rowing???
