Game Randomly Freezes with buzzing sounds!

Sometimes when I play in act 4, the game randomly freezes with buzzing sounds! My Video drivers are updated. I have reduced my graphics settings and still have the same problem! Here is my Debug.txt file

What GPU your using if your facing such a problem in the vids.
Yes it is! It is a GTX 560M on my Alienware Laptop. However... i'm running the game under its lowest settings.... The Heat only goes to 77 at max under CPUID Hardware Monitor
Could be Diablo3 , because this problem is actually happening for a HD 7870 (some claim only Sapphire's HD 7870 which mine is)

But which now im tearing my hair off my head because i can't say for sure , for i too having this problem , but only for Diablo3 ( after the problem once , i had it , till now i dare not touch Diablo 3) but its been 12 days now , i been playing other games instead of Diablo3 , i didn't have BlackScreen + Buzzing , even at max settings and pushing my card to its limit.

Hopefully its a Diablo3 faulty , again....and not my GPU.

Well! I'm on and off, when I do freeze, I play Borderlands 2 on my Xbox 360! It could be the driver but i've had no other problems on my other games!
I have a exact same problem on my alienware laptop with 7970m. if you haven't try this already.. open ccc - power play - choose battery save mode. this has fixed my crashing problem.. well framerate isn't so good but at least it's not crashing. i also called up DELL regarding this issue and they wanted me to pay $130 to fix this because it's software issue not the hardware. so apparently DELL knows how to fix this and won't tell people for free lol.
So Dell said its a software issue ??
