Recurring message to patch

Just installed your most recent patch and now after logging in I keep getting the message that there is a new patch and that I will be able to continue playing after it is installed....

Software then goes back to installation screen where I am told all my software is already up to date. Restarting the computer doesn't help.

After paying 40 euro for a game, I'd like to be able to play it...
I am having the same problem!

I took a few months off, I come back and now this.
I have that same problem today.....what a pain.
Same here. I also need my fix, servers just went down again so. Hopefully they'll be back again and we can get our gaimz on.

Not really. I am in The Americas and this was happening to me too. It's an infinite loop: "New Patch! (Restart) New patch! (Restart). Etc." much like grinding for greens... But not playing

You're in the Americas and have a enUS or enSG Mac install?

You can verify this by navigating to /Users/Shared/Battle.net/Setup and seeing the d3 install folder name.

I have the same issue. I checked for the d3 install folder and I have 3 of them:
diablo3_beta_frfr
diablo3_enus
diablo3_frfr

The problem happening when I try to connect on the US server. I have no problem with the europe server but all my characters are on the US server. I'm living in Canada.
