Did not receive 100m gold

I just recently bought 520m gold using my Battle.net balance. Then I bought additional 100m using my paypal account. I additionally bought another 14m gold from my remaining battle.net balance. All the purchases have been reviewed and I have received both gold amount where I used my battle.net balance - however the 100m gold which I used paypal to pay was not received. It is also impossible that the error is with paypal since I have purchased multiple times with this same account.
