Expensive item missing from AH

I bid a Triefecta Rare Amulet for 825m, last time I checked I was winning at 525m. the bid ended about 1-2 hrs ago, but there is no record of bid or outbid showing on my completed tab. I have neither gold or item in possession.

Looks like you won it for less than the 825m but more than your last known bid for 525m. Give it some time to finish processing and it should be sent. If it takes more than 72 hours though, you'll need to submit a support ticket but I doubt that's going to be necessary.

1. Go to the Battle.net Support website at https://us.battle.net/support/en/ticket/submit
2. Choose "Diablo III" as the game with which you need assistance.
3. Ensure that "Use a few words to summarize your issue" is selected.
4. Type in "auction house" and click Next.
5. Choose one of the options that best matches your problem.
6. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "Submit a Ticket".
7. Fill out your ticket and click "Submit".
