Starter edition wtff I had annual pass.

I just bought my new gaming computer and I logged on diablo for the first time in a few months, It ask me to reset my password for some reason then I logged back on and bam I have a start edition..Please help me
contact blizzard support but first be sure your still paying the Annual pass as if there is a missed payment blizzard may have canceled your annual pass contract and billing agreement.
