I WOULD BE VERY APPRECIATE IF SOMEONE COULD HELP ME! THANKS
Same problem.
no promises this will fix your freeze ups but you never know. sometimes folders/files just get corrupt and deleting them may be the only way to go.

so here it is.
create a text file and paste the below text in it. then save it as..
file name: d3batch.bat
save as type: All Files

what this will do is create a batch file you can click anytime to delete the common folders that often gets asked to delete around here. which are:
the Battle.net folders
the Cache folders
and the D3Pref file

..of course you can always just look down there at the text at the paths if you want to just look for things.

@echo off
Title Diablo 3 Folder Delete
echo This batch file will help you delete common Diablo III files so you don't
echo have to look for them.
pause
cls
:input
echo Press 1 to delete Cache
echo Press 2 to delete Battle.net folders
echo Press 3 to delete D3 preferences (D3prefs.txt)
echo Press 4 to exit
set /p user=
if %user% == 1 goto cache
if %user% == 2 goto bnet
if %user% == 3 goto pref
if %user% == 4 goto exit
:cache
echo deleting cache
cd C:\Program Files (x86)\Diablo III\Data_D3\PC\MPQs\
rd /s /q Cache
cd C:\programdata\Blizzard Entertainment\Battle.net
rd /s /q Cache
goto input
:bnet
echo deleting battle.net folders
cd C:\programdata\Blizzard Entertainment
rd /s /q Battle.net
cd C:\programdata
rd /s /q Battle.net
goto input
:pref
echo deleting D3prefs.txt
cd %UserProfile%\Documents\Diablo III
del /f D3Prefs.txt
goto input
:exit
exit
