failure to run after mutli attempts made

Sorry I know a have seen at least 1 of these mentioned in another post but did not really see an answer in the post other than "try a reinstall"...I am having several issues...1) if I launch it from desktop or from battlenet app I get "BLZBNTBGS8000000A (12006) "An error occured launching the game. if this problem persists, please contact Customer Support."" message. 2) if I go to the game directory and try launching "Hearthstone" instead of "Hearthstone Beta Launcher" (which seems to be what is used when starting from desktop or battlenet app) it will start however when it starts the graphics setting are incorrect...the screen that shows up is so large about all I see is the gate (or whatever it is on startup page). 3) After starting as last mentioned and looking at the messed up graphics for a few seconds I get "Closed - playful sprite" message. I have tried reinstall, I have tried doing reboot without antivirus software both to start it and also at on point when I did a reinstall, tried running as admin, tried a different signon on my PC.

Any help with this would be great. If there is something else I forgot to include or need to add just let me know and will post.

First off, you shouldn't be trying to launch the game directly from the game folder by clicking on the executable as it's not designed to run that way. It must be launched from the Desktop App.

I tried that one before I posted to forums with no luck. I did try it again however just to say I double checked and still nothing.
I have been getting this same issue as well. I attempt to launch the game from the program and will only give me the "More Help: BLZBNTBGS8000000A (12006)" which doesn't say anything when I click on it. It only goes to a page with no info found.
Could you guys take a look at this post and try the steps outlined?

I tried the steps outlined in the link and got the results of says there was nothing found wrong or missing after running the "sfc" scan. I ran it one a new admin login when I did it. I tried Hearthstone again and still get the same error code.
Are there any other ideas as to what is going wrong or what can be done?
Bump since it seems this is now being ignored.

It's not being ignored but it's also not something Technical Support can help with right now. It's being investigated by the developers and the other thread I linked would be much better for you to keep posting in for updates.

My only information is the error occurs when your operating system returns an error when being asked to perform a Windows function, which is why they're asking you to run sfc and contact Microsoft if it continues.
