are you actually being serious?

Terran were behind for the entirety of 2012 and only brought ahead by unbalanced units at the time of (HOTS) release.

Why else would more than half of the Blizzcon contenders be Terran and then all of them knocked out before the semi finals??? I think you are a butthurt idiot that thinks Terran is an easy race....you must be Protoss

As for changes, there is only one change necessary....FIRE DAVID KIM.

Unbelievable it is that the head of development and balance for this game is someone who has never fallen short of the grand final of blizzard's own in house tournaments...2012 is a reminder of how abysmal this man's effort has been and a clear indicator of how the future will play out if he continues in that role.

Other than the aforementioned...Protoss early game received a massive buff with the oracle change...and yet the single biggest problem for TvP is the amount of security and safety Protoss has thanks to the MSC's completely ridiculous skill set. This is Warcraft 3 all over again...."MSCvT and MSCvZ" is the true name of these match ups, as it was "Blademaster VS X" in WC3. Nerf the absolute !@#$ out of the cannon and time warp....and also it's vision...Blink stalker (imo) is not imba but it absolutely requires less from the Protoss to win with it than the defending Terran.

Some issues with mech

Thor is extremly slow and greatly reduces push speeds.
Make Thors the same speed as tanks and hellbats (2.25) to give mech a tiny bit more mobility

Viper Blinding Cloud now reduces the range of all affected units and structures by 6 (instead of reducing all range to 1).
The change to Blinding Cloud would only affect three units: the Colossus, Thor, and Siege Tank. Colossus with extended range would be reduced to 3, Thor reduced to 2 AG and 4 AA, and Siege Tank reduced to 7 in siege mode. Note how Abduct is strong vs those three units anyways. I feel that if mech is to become mainstream in TvZ, the Viper needs this very small and specific nerf in order to be plausible vs lategame Zerg.
