Flickering Video at Score Screen only!

Technical Support
I just built a brand new computer. The game runs great on maxed out settings except for one strange and annoying thing. The video flickers when I look at any score screen. It does this with vsync on or off. On Windows Basic and Window Aero. Fullscreen and Windowed Mode.

I have the latest drivers for my graphics card directly from AMD's website, and I made sure to uninstall the old Catalyst Drivers completely before I grabbed the latest driver. I never had this flickering on my old system, which was using an Nvidia 250 GTS. Now, I'm using a Radeon HD 7770 and this strange flickering is very annoying.

Any ideas?

Windows 7 64-bit
Intel Core i7-3770 @ 3.4GHz
12GB RAM
Radeon HD 7770
Update: I just tried the new Catalyst Beta driver and I've seen a performance increase in game, but on the score screen, I still get flickering.

Whenever the shimmer effect runs across the league symbols of the players on the score screen, it looks like for a split second, I get a flash of the symbols at 300% size.

Very strange. I will continue to troubleshoot, but any help would be appreciated.
Can you post some computer information from the Direct X Diagnostic Tool (dxdiag)?

After you've created the dxdiag report file, open it up, and copy and paste everything, except for the last section:
------------------
DirectShow Filters
------------------

After you paste everything into a post, highlight everything, and hit the "pre" button (It says "Code Blocks" when you hover your mouse over it). That'll make the information much more readable.

If you haven't already, I'd Restore Factory Defaults in Catalyst Control Center.

Already did that. It's still happening.
Tried some legacy drivers. Still having the flickering problem. I find it really odd that its only happening on the score screen, and only for this game.

Usually when this kind of thing happens, its driver-related. However, the amount of clean driver installs I've done now, trying many different drivers, is in excess of a dozen.

I'm still really perplexed about this.
The flickering still persists. Months of troubleshooting and still no good results. Please help!
I scoured the AMD forums as well and couldn't find any solution.

Is it possible my video card is just flawed? I just got this PC, so I would hate to have to replace a part so soon.
Card name: AMD Radeon HD 7700 Series

Have you tried AMD's latest Catalyst 13.1 drivers? They were released 5 days ago.

I did a clean install of the new driver yesterday and played all day long. Still having flickering and artifacts on the score screen. Its like my GPU doesn't like the shimmer effect on the league symbols on the scrore screen, which is where the flickering is most noticable.

This still seems like a driver issue to me, although I can't find many other posts about it. I'm running at a cool 59 degrees.
