Not exactly accurate.

Zerg requires a lot of macro APM and army/queen babysitting
Terran Bio requires a lot of army management APM
Terran mech and protoss don't require either.

Edit: Zerg should never have set-in-stone build orders because of the larva mechanic combined with reactions to the opponent. If you want copypasta build orders you need to look at protoss.
nah dont listen to him.

ZvZ:
7pool
7overlords
7lings
8lings
9lings
10lings
11lings
12lings
13 lings
...

ZvP:
6pool
7lings
8lings
9lings
10lings
11/10 overlord
11 lings
...

ZvT:
14gas
13pool
15overlord
queen, lings speed, baneling nest + bust

Terran mech and protoss don't require either.

You are an idiot.
Zerg requires a lot of macro APM and army/queen babysitting
Terran Bio requires a lot of army management APM
Terran mech and protoss don't require either.

My Terran APM (still fighting in gold league ATM): 60-80-ish
My Zerg APM: (when I was in high plat) 60-90 depending on game length
My Protoss APM: (high plat most of the time, laddering less lately) 50-60

Play what you like. I don't think any of them are substantially harder in the lower leagues, although Terran macro is the most annoying by far. I personally haven't figured out how to win a TvZ without mech or a TvP with mech.
