He means the video. River is working on it now, but in the meantime you can find our previous episode with iNcontroL on our youtube channel as usual
The VOD for this episode is now live: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=21TMqyiBsZM&feature=youtu.be
In my opinion you go wayyy too deep. They just made a good looking cinematic. The only reason there are tentacles on drop pods is probably "just because it looks good".
If morphology doesn't matter why don't they just make a series of grey spheres and put a label on them saying "lol drop pod" or "utlralisk"
GUYS, guys, guys......

This is how the battle cruiser crashed.

You sure it wasn't being piloted by this man?

No... -_-
fonzy LOL
I think more people should see this. It was lengthy for sure, but definitely a good talk.
500 tons of ultralisk...

Yeah that seems to be about their scale, but it does seem to defy the physics of biomechanics as we understand it. Insects can't get very large because their exoskeletons would collapse when scaled up, even changing nothing else.

Bones have breaking points, but I suppose we don't have any military grade animal bones on earth like the zerg do. Zerg bones are improved through minerals - maybe ultralisks and other large zerg simply can't exist without them. (Hey, thats why we gather all that crud!)

Also, you mentioned a dinosaur that has vertabrae the size of compact cars? Never heard that before. I always thought the blue whale was the largest animal to ever live, but is that dinosaur bigger?

Back at a Blizzcon (can't remember the year), Blizzard said the Ultralisk is supposed to weigh at least 300 tons...

Yeah Argentinosaurus is frickin MASSIVE, not as big as the biggest whales, but apparently Shonisaurs are hypthesized to get pretty damn big too.

here is a pretty average sized vertebrae from this dinosaurs, as far as I know. The LENGTH is comparable to a beetle somewhat, but the mass sure isn't.

Predators don't typically get as large as herbivores, when talking about max sizes. Typically the largest are filter feeds in the ocean, which are technically planktonivores

Keep telling you, the BattleCruisers and Motherships aren't as big as you think...
The Motherships are actually pretty big but the Leviathan dwarfs all of them.

Ponera yet again fails to bring me on board >:/

And they were the same size. And as seen from the earlier cinematic when you first see the hyperion, it was much smaller than what we saw in the HoTs opening.
Didn't the cinematic of the Hyperion use the in-game assets and therefore shouldn't be considered to be taken seriously?

Yeah well according to the SC wikia, the Raiders were reduced to 40 people by the beginning of the Brood War, and I don't recall them growing in size by the of WoL...
This is foolish to even think about considering all the troops you see on every mission is a raider. You would be assuming they'd perform all their missions with no losses whatsoever.

Are you implying the Ultralisk is a predator? I'll have to slap you if you are.

It certainly does its fair share of hunting and killing, i think.

Well yeah, but it still begs the Q as to why others joined Raynor's cause so easily...

Horner did some recruiting during the time Raynor was away and some of the colonists on Mar Sara who you will recall Raynor saved also joined his cause. So it's actually not unbelievable at all. They also picked up people during missions. Like Zero Hour. Siding with Tosh is canon and you get even more people from New Folsom.

I think that's it though.

Yeah that's true, but I was only referring to the 4 years BEFORE WoL, not DURING WoL (like the case with Tosh)
nah I don't think ultras are active hunters at all, I never said that I was just letting you know how things scale up naturally, rather than artificially which is what zerg do
