Guilty Pleasures - Terrible movies you watch

Movies, TV and Entertainment
Post Limit:
There are a lot of movies that have bombed or got terrible reviews that I find myself watching for pure entertainment value and I actually like them.

The one that comes to mind for me most is Superman Returns. Sure, the whole son thing turned people off among other things but watching Superman CGI flying around was awesome. Loved the Christopher Reeves movies when I was a kid so I still find myself watching the Man of Steel...bad or good.

Also B-movies. Machete? Hobo with a Shotgun? Deathproof? Planter Terror? Army of Darkness? Rubber? Teeth? Thankskilling? YES PLEASE. Soo many more but B-movies are amazing.
I don't actually think it's a terrible movie at all, but I'm probably in the minority on this.

One of my all time favorite movies is Hudson Hawk.

All the negative reviews I've read are just people taking it seriously, when it's obviously just a crazy parody of caper movie conventions.
Fright Night

makes me laugh every time

no idea how pissed I was to hear they are remaking it. You just know Hollywood is going to screw it up.

I love B movies. Scifi originals. Army of Darkness is great!

If the movie features giant ants, spiders, rats; or large vats of goo, snotty and unidentifiable substances; or poor acting, filming, directing; or tremendously terrible lines- that movie is a winner. I like it all.
Zoolander is my favorite!
I still watch Street Fighter: The Movie. It's so bad it's good.
I watched Titanic 2. Yeah, it's streamable on Netflix and and delightfully terrible. The plot isn't as stupid as the title indicates, but the acting and dialogue play a big part in making this a baddie. Worth it for a few laughs though.

I like how endings of bad movies look like they just ran out of money or film and we're just like "hey, that's a good place to end it anyway. if people question it we'll just call it our artistic interpretation of a good ending" and then they'll reference something about the Sopranos or w/e. hilarious.
Oh yes I love that film. As for others, yeah I am a total b-movie freak at times. Pull something from the 80's and I will watch it then regret it like 5 min after.

I enjoy 70s Kung Fu movies with all the bad dubbing and razor-thin plots (You killed [insert name], now I must kill you!]. I give special mention to Fists of the White Lotus and The Five Deadly Venoms.
My wife makes me watch "The Notebook" all the time.

...it's become a major guilty pleasure of mine...
I'm going to interpret this thread as being about movies you watch and like that are generally believed to be bad, or movies that you probably wouldn't tell your friends you're a fan of.

For the former, has anyone actually watched the Land of the Lost with Will Ferrel and Danny McBride multiple times? You have to to catch the small things in it. It is completely ridiculous, but it does have some of the best one-liners and just concentrated idiocy I've ever seen in a 'bad' movie.

"What is that?"
"It's a donut, stuffed with M&M's. So that when you finish your donut you don't have to eat any M&M's."

^ Gold.

Also, The Other Guys. Will Ferrel and Mark Wahlberg. Got some terrible reviews, but it's been my serial-watching movie this past week.

As for the movie I'd be ashamed to tell my friends about, it's P.S. I love you. It's got Gerard Butler (my man crush) and an unusually attractive Hilary Swank. it's the mother of all chick flicks, but it's very good.
ive only seen it once, but one day me and some friends were bored and looking for a scary movie none of us had ever seen to watch

we didnt look it up or anything, just went to blockbuster, all we could find was death on demand, we so rented it

it's basically just some kind of weird porno with a killer involved, has anyone else seen this movie? i thought it was hilarious and the ending drove me nuts
Hackers.
Last Action Hero is my guilty pleasure. It got horrible reviews and was critically panned, but I LOVE that movie for all the satire and tongue-in-cheek that goes on through-out. The same goes for the Fast and the Furious movies (all five of them). They're just stupid, stupid fun and a good way to kill a couple hours.

B-Movies? I love, with all my heart, Killer Klowns from Outer Space.

Also, The Other Guys. Will Ferrel and Mark Wahlberg. Got some terrible reviews, but it's been my serial-watching movie this past week.

I just watched that the other night, not expecting it to be all that great, since it kind of flew under the radar and got some pretty "meh" reviews, but it was really good and I caught myself laughing at a lot of stuff. I'm not a big Will Farrel fan either, but I really liked him in that movie also.
Well, in my opinion, if I find it good enough to purchase, I dont think its terrible.

But in the eyes of others, they're terrible. Here are some of mine that probably fit that category:

Tremors
Evolution
Shoot em Up
Guilty pleasures? I REGRET NOTHING!

Anybody who thinks 'Tremors' is terrible is probably some kind of alien, or a graboid in disguise.
