Creepiest film(s)/video(s) you've ever seen

Movies, TV and Entertainment
I'm not talking about the goriest, nor the ones with the most "jump" scares, nor the ones that keep you on the edge of your seat the most waiting for the "jump" scares. I'm talking about the films, videos, whatever that actually leave you feeling unsettled and uncomfortable due to their creepiness.

For example:

"Un Chien Andalou" - With this being a movie that's supposed to simulate a dream/nightmare, there's some incredibly unsettling imagery/weirdness.

The old WGN/Max Headroom pirating incident - Google it and watch. There's no way that seeing that around midnight, during a late rerun of Dr. Who, wouldn't creep you out.

"Dining Room or There is Nothing" - Very short, creepy art video that's meant to be looped.

"Begotten" - Another art-house movie. Take the cursed video from the ring, make it grainer so that some of the creepy things are left up to your imagination, and add a slightly more coherent story to it (slightly). Very hard to find, but EXTREMELY creepy and weird if you do.Bonus: While not a video, though videos have been made, numbers stations are effin' creepy.
Not exactly a 'hip' choice, but Insidious scared the hell out of me when I watched it in the theaters...
I actually thought parts of Insidious were creepy, as well...namely, the scene where the little ghost boy is standing in the laundry hallway and the mom walks right by him without seeing him, and the 5 minutes or so in Limbo or whatever where the dad witnesses the girl killing her family (with those creepy faces).
I've posted it before, but here is a clip from The Changeling (1980) that really creeped me out.

Note: the ball in the scene belonged to his deceased daughter.
NICE. I might have to see about checking out The Changeling here pretty soon. The way it's shot, it reminded me a little of "Don't Look Now", which has a SUPER creepy ending.
May. It left me feeling really unsettled and very sad for some reason.
If you're into creepy stuff, you might want to check out the 'No Sleep' and 'Creepy' subreddits:

Edit: This is probably one of the all time creepiest scenes for me:

If you don't mind watching it on Youtube, here is part one, with all the other parts to the right of the screen.

I need to hand in my interweb user card, as I've never checked out Reddit. In looking at those links, however, that was a HORRIBLE mistake on my part. Aside from cruising the MTE thread here, I now know what I'm doing at work for the rest of the day. :)

And I now know what I'm doing AFTER work, too. :)

I wasn't sure what the policy was on posting links/addresses to outside content, which is why I didn't post addresses/links to the videos I was referring to (or, at least, some of them). For those interested:

Un Chien Andalou: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6xH2PV_S4QI
Max Headroom incident: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tWdgAMYjYSs
Dining Room, or There is Nothing: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ns1SGo3WCF4
Begotten (it's a long one): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ubfkP1rweBo

Two creepy numbers stations (the images in the video just make them weirder):

Achtung! Swedish Rhapsody: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EdnoAJ7KoFE
Persephone: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=McFRonD-sjg

In looking at the YouTube sidebar, I can't believe that I forgot about Eraserhead. WOW, was that an odd, weird movie. I loved it, but some of the imagery was nightmarish.

^^^Don't worry it's isn't a keylogging korean site or anything. Just make sure you scroll down to the bottom with sounds all the way up.

In that case, I'm sorry for having introduced you to the site. It'll likely drastically reduce your work and life productivity. It's too late for me, but you may still be able to save yourself.

Thanks for the concern, but it was too late for me, anyway. Not sending me those links would just have been polishing the brass on the Titanic; it's going to go down regardless. Hey, at least if I get sh*tcanned, I have a smartphone to continue surfing Reddit.

Speaking of getting canned, browsing Reddit is a most excellent way to pass the time while on the can. I recommend the Alien Blue app.

Since you're new, you might want to know some basics to enhance your experience. First, you can 'subscribe' to any number of specific subreddits. Those subreddits will comprise your personal 'Front Page'. There are literally thousands of subreddits, from general stuff like politics, football, books, and pets, to more specific ones like fishing, Game of Thrones, and gifs, to ones that just make you go "wtf?", like r/poppit (where you find find videos of people popping zits...). If you want to see all the subreddits, simply click 'all' at the top left.

I've had a couple friends that didn't know they could customize their front page after several months of being addicted...

One of my favs that is a bit off the map is r/tipofmytongue, where people post movies, songs, articles, toys, just about anything that they can't quite remember and crowd source it to see if the community can narrow it down.

The Grudge/All of the original Ju-On films. If you watch these alone, in the dark, in the middle of the woods, during a thunderstorm, in an old cabin that has electricity (Yup I live in one D:)....you will be paranoid and jittery for WEEKS.

Dude, I owe you a beer. Many thanks for getting me hooked on Reddit. :) I'm in the process of getting signed up for an account now. I spent probably 6 hours on the 'creepy' subreddit last night. I can tell that r/tipofmytongue is going to come in handy (in fact, there's a horror movie that I saw part of as a kid, and I've never been able to find the name of it).

IMHO, the Ju-On series was SO MUCH better than the Ringu series.

I still need to see the original Spanish version Rec, but Quarantine was decent. A lot of it was more of the "jump/startle" type of scares, especially near the end, but pretty well done.

Haha! I actually came across that on Reddit yesterday. Pretty well done. :)

Post the link if you do :D I'll help try to narrow it down.
I'm shocked I haven't seen anyone mention these, but:

Tetsuo: The Iron Man

Trailer: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uROMTzJsfOI

Eraserhead:

Trailer: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dU7OqGCIcak

The Holy Mountain:

And @ the OP: As soon as I saw the title of your thread, the FIRST movie that came to mind was Begotten. Looks like you beat me to it. :P

EDIT: I also googled the Max Headroom incident, and I also remembered another hijack of the sort. Look up "The Wyoming Incident".

Yeah, I hang my head in shame for not including Eraserhead in my first list. :( Also, Lynch's Inland Empire...man, WTF. Honestly, as odd as it sounds, the bunnies on the "TV show" were by far the weirdest/creepiest.

I can't believe someone else has seen Begotten...that's awesome! I made my brother-in-law sit down and watch it with me - admittedly, under not-so-sober circumstances. He still hasn't fully forgiven me. :)

Checking out Tetsuo's Iron Man and The Holy Mountain as we speak.
